1. Donation Guidelines
By requesting a doorstep pickup, you agree that the items donated are clean, dry, and in wearable condition. We reserve the right to decline collections that do not meet hygiene and safety standards (e.g. wet or moldy clothes, used innerwear).
2. Scheduling & Routing
While we make every effort to arrive at your requested time slot, schedules may fluctuate due to traffic, volume of donations, or weather. We will attempt to reach you on the provided phone number if we encounter any delays.
3. No Commercial Use
Our doorstep pickup service is entirely free of charge and intended solely for charitable donation. Under no circumstances may this service be used for commercial logistics or disposal.
4. Modifications
The Rajasthan Cosmo Club Foundation reserves the right to modify these terms or pause pickup operations at any time without prior notice.
